He lectures internationally on a variety of topics, including stability ball exercises and ground-based sports conditioning, for such groups as the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Society of Weight Training Injury Specialists, provincial associations, and professional teams. He has written for the NSCA Journal of Strength and Conditioning, Ironman, Physical, Men?s Journal, Hockey Life, and Hockey Now.
Goldenberg is the president of Strength Tek Fitness & Wellness Consultants, which provides workplace health and wellness programs across Canada (www.strengthtek.com). We want your shoes to fit like they were made for you. Adidas and ASICS generally recommend adding a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Each shoe's web page mentions when you should add a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Do not use your current wrestling shoe to size a new pair. A majority of sizing errors is because customers order based on their current wrestling shoe. We find this works for almost all of our customers that listen to our recommendations.
We offer one free exchange for sizing. Please take them to the United States Postal Service and write on the back of your order that you would like to exchange your shoes for another size. Be sure to tell us what size you would like. Also, be sure to pay for tracking, delivery confirmation and appropriate insurance. We will refund the cost of shipping when we receive your order back. We will need to obtain your credit card information to process the credit for the shipping charges. We will refund up to $10 in shipping costs for USPS Priority Shipping.
In order to qualify for the free shipping back and forth, you must be "exchanging" a pair of shoes. You cannot be returning a pair of shoes for a refund or store credit. The shoe-sizing guarantee does not cover ordering errors.

How to calculate your total shipping cost:
We calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of your items and your location. We feel that this is the most accurate way to set shipping costs for our customers. With this method you will not be overcharged for shipping and will know precisely how long your order will take to get to you.
As you add items to your shopping cart there will be a form where you can enter your shipping zip code. To get an estimate on your shipping simply add an item that you want to buy to your shopping cart.
A form like the one pictured below will appear. When you enter your zip code the shipping options available to you and an estimated cost and delivery time will be displayed.
Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 3 - 7 business days to arrive. If you need to expedite your shipping, depending on your location you will be offered the following options:
Priority 3 - 3 - 5 Business Days
Priority 2 - 2 - 4 Business Days
Priority 1 - 1 - 3 Business Days
For APOs and Military Bases we cannot accurately estimate shipping costs for each customer.
Shipping charges for military orders start at $17.95 for the first item with an additional $2 charged for each additional item.
