Tom Brands, in this unique demonstration clinic presentation, emphasizes the value of aggressive, physical wrestling. Brands' attacking, "in-your-face" approach resulted in three NCAA championships at the University of Iowa, two World Cup championships and an Olympic gold medal.
In his presentation, Brands identifies six areas to work on in practice that will develop intelligent, physical wrestlers.
Not only will these drills teach aggressiveness, they will also fine tune your offensive technique, opening up an opponent, allowing you to score.
He discusses and demonstrates snaps and spins, set-ups, how to combine moves, the score-after-a-score drill, scrambles, and strength training.
"In-your-face," attacking wrestling starts with an attitude and this video will give you ideas on how to instill that attitude in your practice room.

A form like the one pictured below will appear. When you enter your zip code the shipping options available to you and an estimated cost and delivery time will be displayed.
Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 3 - 7 business days to arrive. If you need to expedite your shipping, depending on your location you will be offered the following options:
Priority 3 - 3 - 5 Business Days
Priority 2 - 2 - 4 Business Days
Priority 1 - 1 - 3 Business Days
For APOs and Military Bases we cannot accurately estimate shipping costs for each customer.
Shipping charges for military orders start at $17.95 for the first item with an additional $2 charged for each additional item.
Average delivery times are only guidelines, it may take the maximum amount of days noted for an order to arrive. If there is going to be a considerable delay with your order you will be contacted by us via phone or e-mail.
