We want your shoes to fit like they were made for you. Adidas and ASICS generally recommend adding a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Each shoe's web page mentions when you should add a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Do not use your current wrestling shoe to size a new pair. A majority of sizing errors is because customers order based on their current wrestling shoe. We find this works for almost all of our customers that listen to our recommendations.
We offer one free exchange for sizing. Please take them to the United States Postal Service and write on the back of your order that you would like to exchange your shoes for another size. Be sure to tell us what size you would like. Also, be sure to pay for tracking, delivery confirmation and appropriate insurance. We will refund the cost of shipping when we receive your order back. We will need to obtain your credit card information to process the credit for the shipping charges. We will refund up to $10 in shipping costs for USPS Priority Shipping.
In order to qualify for the free shipping back and forth, you must be "exchanging" a pair of shoes. You cannot be returning a pair of shoes for a refund or store credit. The shoe-sizing guarantee does not cover ordering errors.

Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 1-4 business days to arrive.
We calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of your items and your location. We feel that this is the most accurate way to set shipping costs for our customers. With this method you will not be overcharged for shipping and you will know precisely how long your order will take to get to you.
