These are very light, and they offer good protection and hearing-ability. Personally, I find them too big, and the foam sticks to my cheeks when I sweat, which is very annoying. Also, my practice partners complain that the velcro straps scrape them.

Very nice head gear. Do not recommend getting black. Cracks appear more on black. I got all white.

Great head gear! the pad does rip but a little tape fixes that. the only thing i don't like is it doesn't come with a chin cup...

you can hear EVERYTHING, very light and easy to get on and off. only MINOR disadvantage is that the ear piece sticks out a little to far. But if you have dumbo ears like me you should love them!

Pretty good and worn by most NCAA Division 1 wrestling teams including Ben Askren but a little bulky if your in a headlock about to get pinned. I would suggest putting Vasoline on it before a match to make your head slip out if you are caught in a he
