    1. Where are you located?

    We are located in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, about 10 to 15 minutes from O'Hare Airport. Our address is:

    We are West of York Road and West of Church St and East of Lake St (Grand Ave Ends at Lake St). Coming from the East, you will head West on Grand Ave pass York, pass Church and go under the over pass (Major highway), and then you will need to get ready to turn right into the first driveway into the industrial park. The 655 W Grand Ave sign is a little off the street so you may pass it up.

    2. How can I receive a catalog?

    3. How can I receive your newsletter?

    4. What is the difference between youth and adult sizes?

    Youth sizes are typically for wrestlers in grade school or junior high. Most of our products have sizing recommendations. For a complete list of youth products that we have, click here to visit our youth products page.

    6. Where do you ship to?

    Currently we are only able to ship within the United States. We typically ship packages via UPS and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We can ship to U.S. Military Bases overseas.

    8. What is a UPS Tracking Number?

    With a UPS Tracking Number you can track the status of your package from the time it leaves our store to the time it arrives at your house. You can track your package by visiting our tracking page and entering the daytime phone number you provided on your order. Do not put any dashes, spaces or periods in your phone number

    9. How do you calculate shipping?

    For more information see our shipping page. We charge based on number of items ordered instead of your order total. This is more reflective of our actual cost than basing it on your order total. It costs us the same to ship a $15 book as it does a $125 pair of shoes so we charge accordingly.

    10. Why are WrestlingGear.Com's prices different from competitors?

    We price shop our major competitors regularly. After you add their shipping costs, which are usually higher than ours, we find our prices are usually equal to or less than our competitors.

    11. Do you price match?

    At this time we do not price match our competition. We offer everyday great prices. You can shop confidently that you are paying a fair price for your gear.

    12. What is the ideal time to place an order?

    13. What kind of discounts are available for large orders or team orders?

    Our team pricing is competitive with other dealers. We do offer the coach that puts together the order a personalized briefcase with his/her name along with the school or team name.

    14. What is your return policy? How do I return or exchange something?

    15. What types of payment are possible?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks. All money orders and checks must be mailed in to us before we ship the order. All orders paid for by check will be held for 7-10 business days until the check clears. Orders paid by money order or certified check will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt. Orders can also be placed via Purchase Orders. All Purchase Orders must be on official organization stationary and will be verified before the order is shipped. Payment terms on Purchase Orders are 30 days.     16. What is the difference between a Billing Address and Shipping Address?

    The Billing Address is the address that is on file with your credit card company. The billing address must match what your credit card company has on file in order for us to process the order. This helps prevent fraudulent orders.

    17. What does it mean when you say that my credit card billing address information doesn't match?

    This means that the address you provided for billing does not match what your bank has on file for a billing address for your credit card. If you have just moved please ensure that you provide us the correct billing address.

    18. What does it mean when you say that my credit card has been declined?

    Typically a credit card comes up declined if you accidentally typed in the number or expiration date incorrectly. If you do not have sufficient funds available to cover your order then your card will also come up declined.

    19. What is security code/v-code/card code?

    This is a 3-digit code that appears on the back of your credit card on the signature line. This ensures that you posess the card and prevents fraud. Typically you will find a 7-digit number on your card, the first four digits are typically the last 4 digits of your account number followed by a space and a 3-digit number. This 3-digit number is what we are asking for.

    20. Why do you verify all of this credit card information?

    We verify the billing address and security code to make sure you are the actual credit card holder. Our policies are strict but they allow us to offer you competitive prices. Our customers are the ones who will ultimately pay for fradulent orders. We have not processed one fraudulent credit card transaction since we started in 1998.
