MINIMUM WEIGHT CALCULATOR
If you wrestle in high school in Illinois, you know about the new body fat testing required.
Well we purchased an excel spreadsheet for you as coaches and wrestlers to see what your minimum weight is and if you will be able to make it by the end of the year.
We believe this is IHSA compliant, but encourage you to double check the calculations. Several coaches have already tested the software and we have had over 175 downloads by coaches and wrestlers.
The excel spreadsheet is free and can be used by anyone free of charge, please send this program onto friends and other coaches that might be interested. You will need to enable the macro's and you will need to stay within the yellow cells. The spreadsheet is loaded with calculations outside what you see.
