Now that the season is underway for many of the high schools and junior programs through out the country, its a perfect time to start thinking about how you would like to end the season.

We have posted on our blog, articles about Peaking, Cutting Weight, and How to Buy Wrestling Shoes. The article on buying wrestling shoes is written for the beginner and would be an excellent source to give to new parents.

Also, if you live near Evanston, IL, you want to check out the WildCat Wrestling Club's In Season Program. Highlights include: Group and individual instruction from Ryan Bertin, Pat Cummins, and other National and World Level Wrestlers including Bill Scherr, former World Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist and Coach of the 2005 Women’s FS World Team.

Technical instruction on takedowns, escapes, riding, turning and pinning combinations

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm Part 1 (first 3 weeks) November 15th December 6th

Part 2 (second 3 weeks) January 10th to 26th
