Knee Pad Sizes (Measure around center of a bent knee)

15 1/2" to Over 18" - Adult Large to Adult Double Extra Large
10 1/2" to 15 1/2 " - Adult Extra Small to Adult Medium

Sizing: If you are Under 10 1/2", we recommend looking at the Youth Brute Quick Strike Kneepads for wrestlers under 10 1/2".
