About The Author, Steve Knight:
Steve is recognized as a pioneer in the field of mental preparation for tournament competition; Steve Knight is a 4 time State and 2 time National Power lifting Champion, and current Oregon state record holder in the squat at 722 lbs.
Steve’s breakthrough BIG-Dog Vision ™ techniques and distraction management routines are transforming athletes into confident competitors. The bottom line of Steve’s teaching is Confidence is a skill, not a genetic gift. Steve resides in Portland Oregon; is the founder of Lets Win!
