| They\'re ok. You can\'t hear anything compared to the newer Cliff Keen headgear. If you use these in practice, the sweat builds up in the cup, and it can pour out all this sweat sometimes onto the mat, which is ironically, gross because all of that water coming out is sweat. It is a pain in the *** to adjust, but if you adjust it right, it won\'t slip. It also helps to tape the top two straps together so that they don\'t slip, and stay in one place. Use only one piece of tape for that. They\'re ok in terms of durability, they seem to last awhile unless you suck and your head is always eating the mat. |

| i would rate 3.5 if they had it. the looks are great but compared to the tornado the hearing sucks and the tornado is way more comfortable. its also very hard to adjust. mediocre gear |
