Ground shipping is the only option. Shipping is from our vendors location in Michigan. Delivery will normally be between 1 and 7 business days.A Free DVD that relates to training with the dummy is included with every dummy order. Dummy orders do not qualify for special promotions unless other merchandise is ordered. E.g. free VHS video or lanyards, etc.
