Gable believes that for any wrestler to be successful, they must force the action. By doing that, you can move your opponent into position to score the fall, instead of just settling for two points.
Gable covers more than 10 ways to turn your opponent to his back - turning your wrestler's defense into offense. Techniques covered include the Knee Tap, picks, Fireman's Carry, Near Arm/Far leg, Head Lock, as well as a number of options to score defensive pins.
