In wrestling there are very few "safe" moves because every move has an effective counter. However, Coach Strobel presents
a move that is low risk and provides a high percentage of success - the High Single. In this demonstration clinic
presentation, Strobel breaks down the High Single to insure that your wrestlers will understand its every nuance. He
begins with proper positioning, explaining everything from the grip to level change. From there he covers counter offense,
showing how to score with the High Single if the opponent hooks a Collar Tie, 2-on-1, or Underhook. He closes with
finishes, the most important aspect of the move. Strobel demonstrates a number of different finishes with his leg on the
inside, trapped in the middle, or on the outside. Excellent instruction from one of the top coaches in the country!
