I wouldn\'t recommend them! I liked the small size and padding when I first started using them. However, after repeated use and washes, the internal pads started to move around. I don\'t like the design of the pads within the sleeve. The design consists of 5 separate internal pads which are stiched together as oppose to one pad stiched into the sleeve.
