Since 1998, WrestlingGear.Com prides itself on making our customers #1. In order to make some issues more clear we have implemented a process on how we handle defective merchandise. Defects do not apply to products that were purchased over 60 days prior.
Defects typically take 4-6 weeks to process from start to finish. When a defect is approved by the manufacturer, the same exact product will be sent out brand new to the customer. We do not give refunds on defects. In the rare occurrence of a defect, here is how it is handled according to the manufacturer:
ASICS: Contact us directly at 800-565-0995 and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and have you ship the defect to us and we will in turn ship it to Asics for final determination. This defect process may take 3-5 weeks to process from start to finish. Asics does not provide for return shipping. Please get your RA# before you ship anything back. We WILL NOT accept any merchandise without the proper authorization on it.
Brute / adidas Wrestling: Contact Brute/adidas directly. They will give you directions on what to do. If the defect is approved they will send you the replacement directly. The number to call is 800-486-2788 ext 2 and speak with a customer service representative who will be able to give you directions on handling your defect.
Cliff Keen: Contact Cliff Keen directly. Their number is 800-992-0799 and ask for Randi in customer service. She will give you directions on what procedures to follow. If the defect is approved they will send you the replacement directly.
Matman: Contact us directly at 800-565-0995 and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and we will give you directions on what to do. Most of the time we will have you send the defect to us and we will ship it to Matman for final determination. When the defect is approved we will ship you the replacement. Please get your RA# before you ship anything back. We WILL NOT accept any merchandise without the proper authorization on it.
All Other Manufacturers: Contact us directly at 800-565-0995 and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and we will give you directions on what procedures to follow. Most of the time we will have you send the defect to us and we will ship it to the manufacturer for final determination. When the defect is approved we will ship you the replacement. Remember this defect process may take 3-5 weeks to complete from finish to end. Also, most manufacturers will require for you to pay all the shipping assoiciated with your defect. Please make sure your RA# is on your package you are returning to us. We WILL NOT accept any merchandise without the proper authorization on it.
