At WrestlingGear.Com, we take our sizing recommendations very seriously. Our staff (which employs former wrestlers and coaches) spend time trying on shoes and getting customer feedback to give you the best sizing recommendations possible.
First, start with your current (or most recent) pair of gym or running shoes.
Second, be sure you look at the US or USA size.
Third, for this wrestling shoe, add 1/2 size to your gym shoe size. E.g. if you are a 9 1/2 in your gym shoes, order a size 10.0
Do not use your current wrestling shoe size since they have been sweated in and stretched out. A majority of sizing errors occur because customers order based on their current wrestling shoe size and not their normal gym shoe size.

We do ship to U.S. Military Bases. We do not ship outside of the 50 states or to P.O. Boxes
If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii you must choose the Alaska and Hawaii Shipping option.
How to calculate your total shipping cost:
We calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of your items and your location. We feel that this is the most accurate way to set shipping costs for our customers. With this method you will not be overcharged for shipping and will know precisely how long your order will take to get to you.
As you add items to your shopping cart there will be a form where you can enter your shipping zip code. To get an estimate on your shipping simply add an item that you want to buy to your shopping cart.
A form like the one pictured below will appear. When you enter your zip code the shipping options available to you and an estimated cost and delivery time will be displayed.
Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 3 - 7 business days to arrive. If you need to expedite your shipping, depending on your location you will be offered the following options:
Priority 3 - 3 - 5 Business Days
Priority 2 - 2 - 4 Business Days
Priority 1 - 1 - 3 Business Days
For APOs and Military Bases we cannot accurately estimate shipping costs for each customer.
Shipping charges for military orders start at $17.95 for the first item with an additional $2 charged for each additional item.
Average delivery times are only guidelines, it may take the maximum amount of days noted for an order to arrive. If there is going to be a considerable delay with your order you will be contacted by us via phone or e-mail.
Orders placed after 10:00am Central Standard Time will be treated as placed the following business day. Keep this in mind when referencing our delivery time guide-lines.
Orders placed on Fridays after 10:00am, or placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be treated as placed on Monday morning. Keep this in mind when referencing our delivery time guide-lines.
