At WrestlingGear.Com, we take our sizing recommendations very seriously. Our staff (which employs former wrestlers and coaches) spend time trying on shoes and getting customer feedback to give you the best sizing recommendations possible.
First, start with your current (or most recent) pair of gym or running shoes.
Second, be sure you look at the US or USA size.
Third, for this wrestling shoe, add 1/2 size to your gym shoe size. E.g. if you are a 9 1/2 in your gym shoes, order a size 10.0
Do not use your current wrestling shoe size since they have been sweated in and stretched out. A majority of sizing errors occur because customers order based on their current wrestling shoe size and not their normal gym shoe size.

Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 1-4 business days to arrive. Most orders are shipped from our store/warehouse in less than 1 business day.
You can easily estimate when your merchandise will arrive. Simply "Add to Cart" all of the items you are looking for, type your zip code on the shopping cart page and click "Get Estimate." A chart will be displayed with delivery dates along with ground and expedited shipping options.
