At WrestlingGear.Com, we take our sizing recommendations very seriously. Our staff (which employs former wrestlers and coaches) spend time trying on shoes and getting customer feedback to give you the best sizing recommendations possible.
First, start with your current (or most recent) pair of gym or running shoes.
Second, be sure you look at the US or USA size.
Third, for this wrestling shoe, add a 1/2 size to your gym shoe size. E.g. if you are a 4.0 in Toddlers order a 4 1/2. Some shoes don't come in 1/2 sizes in toddlers. So if you’re a 10 in toddlers go up to a 11.0 in toddler.
Do not use your current wrestling shoe size since they have been sweated in and stretched out. A majority of sizing errors occur because customers order based on their current wrestling shoe size and not their normal gym shoe size.

All in stock orders are shipped within one business day from the time your order is placed. Combined with us being located in Chicago; many of our customers are within a few business days of our warehouse. This means you get your gear fast and do not have to pay to expedite your order.
You can easily estimate when your merchandise will arrive. Simply "Add to Cart" all of the items you are looking for, type your zip code on the shopping cart page and click "Get Estimate." A chart will be displayed with delivery dates along with shipping options.
Typically UPS Ground shipments will take between 1-4 business days to arrive.
We calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of your items and your location. We feel that this is the most accurate way to set shipping costs for our customers. With this method you will not be overcharged for shipping and you will know precisely how long your order will take to get to you.
