Frequently Asked Questions

1. I need help finding a wide wrestling shoe. Where should we look? See our Wide wrestling shoes section. Currently the Nike Inflict and Nike Takedowns are your only wide shoes. Note they are not marketed as a wide shoe, but they are in fact our widest shoe.

2. I need my wrestling shoes by a particular day, what do you advise? Generally, while more expensive, UPS is the better option if you have to have your order by a particular day. Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders placed by 12:00 p.m. will go out the same business day. 

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground services are not a guaranteed delivery day and is only an Estimate. However, this usually is the best option if you would like the shoes a little faster than the Free Shipping Option. 

3. I am looking for shoes for my Toddler, what is the smallest shoe size you go to? Some shoes go down to a size 10 Toddler (most shoes don't). Shop our Youth wrestling section. The HVC 2K and Matflex GS start at our smallest sizes. 

4. I need help looking for a shoe for my younger wrestler. I don't understand Mens and Youth sized shoes. Some suppliers consider 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, and even 6.0's Youth wrestling shoes size. For these sizes, whether it is listed as a Mens or a Youth size, it is the same size. 

Note 10K, 11K, 12K, 13K are often referred to as a 10 Toddler, 11 Toddler, 12 Toddler or 13 Toddler. These shoes are made for wrestlers around 3 to 5 years old. E.g. they are not Men's sized shoes. 

5. I like Free Shipping, but I need it fast. Can you ship my order for Free and Fast? Generally, Free Shipping is delivered within 4 to 7 business days of your order being placed. And often times, your order will arrive a little faster than that. However, if you want your order faster, usually $7 to $10 will upgrade your shipping to a 2 to 3 day Estimated Delivery. And if you need it overnighted, we offer that as well. Just place your overnight or 2 day shipping with UPS, by 12:00 p.m. 

Return Policy

1. You can return anything for a refund (with the exception of mouth guards, hair slickers or hair caps, and other items identified as non-returnable) within 90 days. Merchandise must be in "resaleable" shape, no sign of wear can be evident on merchandise and original tags and boxes must be returned attached to the gear as sent to you. Amount refunded will be current price or amount paid for the merchandise. 

2.For more information on returning shoes please see our Buy Wrestling Shoes page. Note: Orders shipped for free or discounted, do not qualify for another Free sizing exchange on wrestling shoes. 

We provide sizing for knee pads, headgear, singlets, or other gear that is very accurate. Our sizing guarantee is for shoes only.

3. We do not refund shipping costs. Please note:  If you received Free Shipping and your order no longer qualifies (i.e. the returned item(s) puts you below the threshold or you return the entire order) or you returned your order for a refund, we will deduct the cost of our shipping from your refund.

4. Custom singlets can not be returned. Special order singlets or back ordered singlets can not be returned. 

5. All sales are final on videos and DVDs. Videos and DVDs can only be exchanged for the same item if it is defective.

6. All sales final after 90 days. 

7. Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer or to WrestlingGear.Com for replacement according to its policies and procedures. WrestlingGear.Com can not accept defective merchandise in most cases. However, some suppliers want us to work with you directly.

Please fill out the form on the back of your receipt. If you do not have the receipt please leave a detailed note inside the box with what gear you are returning and what you would like to be sent back to you. Please be sure that 90 days has not passed (otherwise we can not accept the return), your merchandise is put inside another box or envelope similar to how your box was shipped to you, and that you insure with proof of delivery and tracking.
